We will provide full information on the cost of the work prior to commencement

5. Obligations of the customer

The customer is obliged to provide full and accurate information about the problem with the appliance and to allow access to the appliance for the work to be carried out

The company reserves the right to refuse repair if the appliance cannot be repaired or does not meet the technical requirements for safe use

7. Guarantee
